Apeejay Institute of Design (AID) was established by the Industrial house of Apeejay to mould it into "A Premier Design Institute of the Country" with a mission to nurture and promote Art, Culture and Design. The Institute today has lived up to its reputation by spreading its name on the International arena as well as within the country. It has attracted students from all over the World who have received High Accolades for the quality of Design Education and Training.

Application & Admission Process

The Admission Process is as follows :

Visit the AID portal
Select “Admissions” tab under the Menu at the home page
Read the application procedure and click on “Click here” to download the Admission Form link
Get the print-out of the form and fill the mandatory details.
Send the application form to aid.del@apj.edu.
After Confirmation of Admission - Following documents are required to be submitted:-
- School Leaving Certificate
- Certificate of last examinations passed
- Medical Fitness certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner
- Character Certificate from the Head of Institute last attended and another from a responsible person
- Passport size photographs of Father and Mother with signatures on reverse
- Equivalency certificate needs to be submitted in case of last Exam Passed from any Foreign Board/University

For Online Registration, Download the Admission Form, Fill-up, Scan the Filled Admission Form and mail it to aid.del@apj.edu OR may be printed and couriered to the Institution directly.
Registration fee of Rs 900/- may be paid through Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of “APEEJAY INSTITUTE OF DESIGN” payable at New Delhi and may also be directly sent to the Institution with the form or separately.
Submit Admission Form alongwith three passport size photographs.
Sale of Prospectus: 10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on all working days.

The course-wise Eligibility Criteria at the Institute is as follows :

Post Graduate Design Programs	A Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) with 50% Marks in any stream from any Recognized University
Post Graduate Diploma	A Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) with 45% Marks in any stream from any Recognized University
Part-time Courses	10+2 Pass from a Recognized Board with 40% marks from any stream

Shantanu has a very successful career. He started off as a visualizer with Leo Burnett, New Delhi and progressed to Art Director and then Senior Art Director with various Ad Agencies. Today he is the Co-founder of Open Door Design Studio-- a Graphic Design Company at Asheville (NYC). He has also directed a Documentary called “HORN PLEASE” which has been screened at various International Film Festivals. All along this journey he has won many awards and honors to his credit.
